Today, a friend of mine came up to me. She needs me badly. She was crying uncontrollably. Her boyfriend of eight years broke up with her without reason at all. Imagine how long they've been together? And just like that he broke up with her? She was left hanging. All along she thought that everything was fine. Then he just dropped the bomb. He does not want to have the relationship anymore. He does not feel that he loves her anymore. I am just wondering what is love right now. For me, I think love is more than a feeling. Sometimes you don't feel it but still you keep the relationship because you want it. It is a decision you do everyday. To stay in the relationship and the love will just flows back in.
I just wondered why guys are like that? When they decided to end up a relationship they just do it that fast. Are they thinking about their actions? Are they that insensitive? She was told that he needed space. What's that? An excuse of breaking up? Did he not think of all the years they've been together? She was there on his lowest points and now that he is up, he gradually changes his mind?
I don't really know what's happening between the two of them. But still, it's a shocking news. Sometimes, boys are hard to understand. They sometimes think of themselves more. They just do whatever they want to do. That is why we women should not rely on them one hundred percent. We should still be independent and can stand on our own. We should not stop and give up our dreams for them because they could ruin our lives just like that. They could turn around and leave us behind.
Still, don't get me wrong. I still believe in love and happy ever after. I guess that if you are not meant to be, these things happen. It is just unfair sometimes. But life is like that. There are reasons behind all of these. We may not understand it now but the time will come that all our questions will be answered. We just have to keep on going and believe that someday the right love will finally come our way.
To my friend, I will be here. I will accompany you on these dark days of your life. Cheer up!

I surrender! I just have to accept him as he is. He may be annoying most of the time but I can't push him away anymore. He always comes back. I don't know what his role in my life but I have to accept that he is still here close to me. I don't know how long he will stay but I just have to let him stay by my side. I don't know what the future holds for us but whatever it is, I will stop fighting whatever it is.
At least now, my heart is okay. It is light and I want to stay it as it is. I don't have to worry for tomorrow for God is already there. I'm not expecting anymore so much from him unlike before. And I don't want anymore to push him into doing things that I want. It is better that way. It keeps my heart from being broken.
I had a good day today. Hoping tomorrow would still a better one.

I need a break from him. He is so bossy! I'm tired of that. Is it always me who will understand? Me who will cater to his wants and needs? Do I have to excuse that he is not in the mood because he has many things on his mind and he is so busy with his work? That he displaced his anger and frustrations to me? I don't think so. He also need to understand that.
I have also my feelings. I have my own problems. My own needs. But I don't let it get in the way of my relationship with other people. I know how to handle it in a proper way. Can't he do that? I think he is selfish. He just thinks of his own happiness. I hope he realized that. Anyways, we just need a break from each other. To think things over.
I need a man who will love me no matter what. I need a loving and caring partner who would support and understand me as much as I care about him. To make a relationship work, it must be a two way process. I've learned that no matter how much you love the person but he is not making you happy also, the time will come that you will get tired and fed up. It happens to me. I don't know what other girls think...

I can't believe that I was able to have the courage to blurt out what I really felt. And it felt good. I am a shy person and I always think before I speak. I'm scared of hurting the one i love. But this time, I was in control of the whole situation. He cannot treat me like a shit anymore. I deserve respect more than anything else. If he was offended from what I have said then I don't care anymore. He could take me or leave me.
But I think I've made the right move. He was very nice to me after that. We ended up having a good conversation. Sometimes, we girls need to be assertive over guys. We should not let them hurt us just like that. We need to be in command sometimes. We don't have to say yes all the time. We need to voice out our true feelings. It would surely boost our self-esteem and bring back our own worth.
